Client Work: Building the Heller AI CoPilot

With a clear understanding of Heller Agency's strategic requirements, we leveraged MindStudio, a no-code AI platform that seamlessly integrates RAG technology. MindStudio's intuitive workflow made the development process a breeze, allowing us to focus on crafting the perfect AI tool.

Here's a step-by-step breakdown of how we built the Heller CoPilot using MindStudio:

Step 1: Prepare Your Data and Prompt (Image 1 below, click on image to expand)

We began by uploading all the relevant research and data files that would serve as the foundation for the Heller CoPilot. As you can see in section 1 of Image 1, MindStudio allows you to upload various file types, such as PDFs, CSVs, Excel sheets, and text documents. These files were used to create a comprehensive data source that the RAG model could reference.

Step 2: Set Up the Main Workflow Prompt (Image 1, Section 2)

Then set the main workflow prompt. This prompt guides the model on how to generate responses based on the data source we provide. While the image shows an example prompt, we customized it to align with Heller Agency's specific needs and objectives.

Prompt basic structure-

# Assistant

- The Assistant will help human in performing key tasks after receiving response from the human.

- The Assistant works for a pharmaceutical advertising agency named Heller.

- The Assistant's primary task is to assist Human in uncovering insights related to brand specified

- The Assistant is a custom AI researcher and fact checker tailored for the pharmaceutical industry.

- The Assistant's primary function is to produce content compliant with the strict regulatory standards and nuanced communication requirements of pharmaceutical marketing.

- The Assistant's secondary function is to help User or Human find specific content, articles and medical research using online sources as well as Data Sources.

- The Assistant also acts a creative assistant to the User or Human, helping with specific copywriting requests, or identifying fonts and brand characteristics for Human's specified brand

Step 3: Select the AI Model (Image 2, Section 3)

One of the great things about MindStudio is the wide range of AI models it offers from different providers. As shown in Image 2, we were able to choose the most appropriate model for Heller Agency's use case. After careful consideration, we chose the Claude Opus 3 model, which we believed would deliver the best results. MindStudio's Profiler is perfect for testing out multiple AI models simultaneously.

Step 4: Configure the Workflow  (Image 3, Section 4 below )

Image 3 showcases the AI workflow on MindStudio. This is where we configured the various stages of the workflow, including prompts, annotations, middle settings, and refinement. We also ensured that the workflow had access to the raw data sources, allowing the Heller CoPilot to uncover valuable insights.

Step 5: Analyze Data Sources (Image 3, Section 5 below)

Finally, we analyzed the data sources we had provided in Step 1. Using RAG, these data sources were instantly queried, then referenced by the AI model, Opus 3. The  model then used this data to generate relevant and contextual responses based on the workflow we had configured in Step 4.

Fine-Tuning the Heller CoPilot

Once the Heller CoPilot was developed, we integrated it with Heller Agency's existing processes and workflows. This integration allowed the AI to effectively access and synthesize client data, ensuring that the generated content was tailored to the agency's specific requirements.

To optimize performance, we engaged in iterative feedback loops with key stakeholders at Heller Agency. This collaborative approach allowed us to fine-tune the AI tool to meet the agency's unique needs and preferences.

The Results

The implementation of the CoPilot led to significant improvements in Heller Agency's workflow efficiency. By automating routine tasks and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, the AI tool reduced the time spent by creative teams on these tasks, allowing them to focus on higher-value, creative work.

This shift in focus not only boosted productivity but also enhanced the overall quality of the creative output. With more time and energy dedicated to ideation and execution, Heller Agency was able to deliver more effective marketing campaigns for their clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
